If we're running late, can you hold the tour for me? No, we're sorry, but our other guests may get angry at us if we start a tour or event late. Please try to be at the location at least 15 minutes before your tour or event. We don't want you to miss out on all the excitement!
Do I need to purchase tickets in advance? Advance purchases are required, as many tours or investigations sell out or are capacity controlled. If you have not purchased your ticket in advance, we may not be able to accommodate walk-ups. You can email us through the contact form on our website if you want to check on availability prior to walking up.
If I make a reservation with you, can I get a refund if I am unable to attend or arrive late and the event has begun? NO REFUNDS. Many of our tours and investigations sell out, so we are unable to give refunds for cancellations or for late-arriving guests. If you know you will not be able to make your event and it is more than 24 hours in advance, email us through our website and we will do our best to accommodate you on a future date.
Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Do you ever cancel tours on account of weather? Many of our tours and events are inside and run regardless of rain, we may cancel if snow makes driving dangerous, email us through our website if you are concerned. We will make every attempt to contact guests if an event is cancelled.
We may occasionally cancel the Memphis Ghost Walk or Haunted Pub Crawl which includes some walking, when there is a serious rain or any snow. We do our best to contact our guests when there is a high chance of rain or snow which could cause the tour to be cancelled. However, we aren't always able to reach all of our guests, so please email us through our website if you expect inclement weather for a tour you've booked.
